We are hiring experienced, professional, responsible, insured contractors and handymen who are good with technology, able to follow directions, and comfortable working around tenants' schedules.
Common Types of Work Needed:
Plumbing:
Leak detection & repair
Water heater installation/repair
Pipe replacement
Drain cleaning/clogs
Faucet/fixture installation or repair
Roofing:
Roof Replacement
Roof inspections
Leak repairs & patching
Gutter repair/cleaning
Storm damage assessment
General Handyman:
Ceiling tile installation/replacement
Handrail installation/repair
Light fixture installation/replacement
Drywall patching
Door/lock adjustments
Minor electrical (outlets, switches)
Caulking/weatherproofing
Other general repairs as needed
Vendors must maintain a strict timeframe for completing jobs, coordinate scheduling with tenants respectfully, and complete work to the satisfaction of the property manager and tenant. All work must meet quality expectations and job order instructions must be followed closely. Active communication is required throughout each job.
Payment:
We pay our vendors on a weekly basis. NO ADVANCE PAYMENT IS OFFERED. Please do not apply if you're unable to wait for payment for one week.
