Union Hill Kitchen & Craft Bar is hiring a
Part-Time Seasonal Server
We are seeking a motivated, hospitality driven Part-Time Server to join our team at an elevated, full-service restaurant. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What We’re Looking For:
• Some prior serving experience required, preferably in full-service, elevated dining
• Event experience is a plus
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure
• Punctual, dependable, and reliable
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Weekend availability
Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service to all guests
• Guide guests through food and beverage menus, including making recommendations
• Execute service standards with consistency and attention to detail
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Assist with private events as needed
•. Must be comfortable and physically able to frequently go up and down stairs throughout the shift. Our restaurant operates on two floors, and serving positions require regular movement between both levels.
