Spacious room available by late October/early November in quiet Waverly house, $700/mo rent. You'd live with two housemates in their 30s, they are clean and respectful. No cats, sorry - there are already 2 cats in the house who aren't friendly with other cats. Open to other pets on a case by case basis! House has central air/forced air heating, laundry in the basement and 2 full bathrooms, and a beautiful spacious kitchen. You'll have plenty of room to stretch out in the largest bedroom that comes with built in bookshelves and a roomy closet. Close to grocery stores, library, close to bus lines.
