This bonus room is presently unfurnished to accommodate flexibility, but can be furnished based on needs and a negotiated rate.
The home is soundproofed to accommodate musicians (respectful of others' schedules in the household), and there is ample space on the main floor or in the basement for an additional practice, hobby, or arts space.
Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, first-floor living area, top floor deck, and laundry conveniently located on the floor you will be occupying.
