Hello, I am looking for a skilled jack-of-some trades tradesman that is good at what they do and is capable of completing most, if not all, the various small (mostly) tasks identified in the punch-list below. You need to demonstrate a knowledge of residential construction finish details, take pride in your work and have your own tools and transportation. I'll provide all materials.
What I don't want: inexperience in doing what is listed below, sloppy work (gets you dismissed immediately), evidence of drinking or drugs (sorry, but I have been around construction for decades and am not a fool), no smoking on the property (not just in the house, but not on the property), someone who thinks that they can do a good job but has never done this kind of work before, says they will be back tomorrow but doesn't show up (we are done), needs advances on pay (nope, nope, nope), wants to tell me all about their issues with their wife, girl, ex-whatever or anything or anybody else. I am not playing and don't have the patience for BS. I just need this work done. If we agree that you are the one to do the work, all I need to know is your name and phone number. If you can deal with the above, email me why I should hire you, what your hourly rate is, your phone number and, if it all looks good, I'll call you back.
Thanks
Lloyd
