FREEHOLDWORKS LLC manages these properties and is looking for quality vendors with hands-on experience working in tenant-occupied homes. We need experienced, professional, responsible, insured vendors who are good with technology, follow directions, and do what they promise.
Trades and Work Needed:
Roofing (inspections, leak repairs, patching)
Gutter repair, replacement & cleaning
Landscaping & grass cut
Clean up & debris removal
Drywall (removal, install, patching, mudding, sanding, paint)
Ceiling repair (including ceiling tile install)
Handrail install & repair
Plumbing (leaks, drains, fixtures, water heaters)
General repairs & handyman work
Requirements:
Proven experience working in occupied units. You must be professional and respectful with tenants and schedule access in advance.
24/7 communication. You must answer calls and messages promptly, including emergencies.
Work must be completed as promised and within the given time frame.
Job order instructions must be followed strictly.
Work must meet the quality expectations of the client, inspector, or property manager.
Before, during, and after photos are required on every job to show completion.
Insurance is required.
Payment:
We pay our vendors on a weekly basis. NO ADVANCE PAYMENT IS ALLOWED. Do not apply if you cannot wait one week for payment.
