The work consists primarily of:
- Apartment electrical panel replacements
- Bathroom exhaust fan replacements
- Kitchen exhaust fan replacements
This is repetitive, production-style work with multiple units available. We are looking for reliable subcontractors who can work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
Requirements:
- Experience replacing residential electrical panels
- Experience with bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
- Must provide required insurance/documentation
- Must perform work in accordance with applicable electrical codes
