Amadeo's Baltimore City is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented bartender. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in cocktail construction, visual presentation, and Italian wines.
Qualifications:
- Bartending experience required. Waiting / serving experience is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktail fundamentals, ratios, techniques, and garnishing.
- Solid foundation in Italian wine regions, varietals, and pairings.
- Strong organizational skills, customer-service skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment along with your teammates.
Schedule: Thursday – Saturday, 3:45 PM – Close (~11:00 PM)
Compensation: Competitive Hourly + Tips (DOE)
