Café Millwork is seeking an experienced Construction Accountant who knows Sage 100 Contractor or QuickBooks.
This is not a typical accounting position.
You'll help manage the financial side of exciting commercial architectural millwork and furniture projects throughout the Baltimore–Washington region while working closely with our project managers and leadership team.
You'll Be Responsible For
• Construction accounting
• Job costing
• Progress billing
• WIP reporting
• Financial statements
• Cash-flow reporting
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Payroll
• Month-end close
We're Looking For Someone Who
✔ Has at least 3-5 years of Sage 100 Contractor or QuickBooks experience
✔ Understands construction accounting
✔ Loves solving problems
✔ Can improve processes
✔ Wants to be a key member of a growing company
