These guys are the worst. I paid them in cash and had to fire them because they were too slow. 6 hour days. Only one man on the job most days and for only 6 hours. Not knowing what to do because of lack of supervision. The quality of the work they did do was poor. They installed windows without flashing the inside opening. Painting was terrible. The workers complained and walked off the job. They took the job and didn't have the time to do it. They never refunded my money. I had to sue them and won a $3000 judgement against them. The owner is not paying me back. I checked his record and found the he had a judgement placed against him for unpaid child support and an unpaid credit card judgement. You can't trust him. Frank Fogarty is his name. They showed me no proof of insurance. Do not hire these guys. To me he sent a bunch of subs and they had no clue.
