I’m selling my 40-acre unpatented placer mining claim in the North Fork area of Madera County, California, within the Sierra National Forest.
Willow Creek runs directly through the claim and has year-round flow. There is a wide section of creek with flat ground around it. The area is fairly remote, with mostly level terrain, open areas, and some sections with brush and vegetation.
