We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and dependable individual who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate, someone with customer service experience, or an individual looking to start a new career in sales and business development.
No staffing industry experience is required. We are willing to train the right person!
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to local businesses to introduce our staffing services.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
- Build relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and sales activities.
- Assist with developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients.
- Work closely with our internal team to identify staffing needs and business opportunities.
- Meet daily and weekly sales activity goals.
- Help expand Red Door Employment Services throughout Bakersfield and Kern County.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Friendly, professional, and confident personality.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills.
- Sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow with our company.
