There is a front gate and exterior cameras around the property to ensure safety for both the property and they are actively recording. For safety reasons, it is recommended to keep the gate closed at all times. A lockbox at the entrance contains house keys.
Smoking or drugs or alcohol of any kind are not permitted inside the studio. Smoking is only allowed outside. The property sits on 1.5 acres, providing plenty of privacy and separation from neighbors.
This place is intended for a single person.

• No loud noise or music inside or outside past 8 PM.
