We are an established automatic door company serving commercial clients across Southern California. We install and service automatic sliding, swinging, ICU, and revolving door systems. Due to growth, we are seeking an Journeyman Installer to join our team.

Position Overview
The Journeyman Installer has hands-on experience in automatic door installation and can perform installations with limited supervision.

Responsibilities
• Install automatic sliding, swinging, ICU, and revolving door systems
• Perform operator setups and adjustments
• Run low-voltage wiring and connections
• Interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Ensure installations meet ANSI standards
• Troubleshoot installation issues
• Communicate with project managers and general contractors
• Train entry-level apprentices as needed

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in automatic door installation (or similar field)
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Experience with low-voltage wiring
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• OSHA knowledge

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with brands such as Horton, Stanley, DormaKaba, Record, or Besam
• AAADM certification (or willingness to obtain)
