We are seeking an experienced dentist who enjoys diagnosis, treatment planning, patient consultations, and implant dentistry, but wants to step away from the physical demands and production pressure of a traditional general dentistry schedule.
This is not a typical associate dentist position. Your day will focus primarily on consultations, comprehensive treatment planning, case presentation, and implant restoration, rather than a full schedule of fillings, crowns, and hygiene checks.
What You'll Do
• Conduct patient consultations and clinical examinations
• Review X-rays, CBCT scans, intraoral scans, and other diagnostics
• Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Present treatment options and help patients understand their care
• Consult with patients considering dental implants
• Coordinate implant cases with our oral surgery team
• Restore single and multiple implants, implant-supported bridges, and other implant prosthetics
• Provide restorative follow-up and continuity of care
We're Looking For
• Active California DDS or DMD license
• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills
• Implant restorative experience
• Excellent patient communication and case presentation skills
• Interest in a long-term position with substantially less routine chair side dentistry
Experience with implant dentures, full-arch treatment, and digital implant workflows is a plus.
A Different Way to Practice
Use your clinical experience where it matters most: diagnosing, treatment planning, educating patients, coordinating complex cases, and restoring implants, without carrying a traditional high-volume general dentistry schedule.
Daily minimum: $700+ (based on experience) + Production Bonuses
