We are a locally owned building maintenance company with an excellent reputation and family atmosphere. We have an immediate, full-time opening available for an experienced handyman.
The ideal employee will have 3 plus years’ experience in:
•Drywall installation, including tape, mud and texturing,
•Painting and Stucco
•Plumbing
•Electrical
•General mechanical trouble shooting of maintenance issues.
Candidate must be reliable, have an attention to detail, and possess excellent and courteous customer service skills.
Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred but not required), a valid driver’s license, and valid auto insurance is required for this position.
Starting compensation ranges for $25.00 to $28.00 an hour (depending on experience) and includes an auto and cell phone allowance.
The position offers paid sick leave, paid vacation time (after 1 year of employment), and (6) paid holidays a year.
