Selling a professional-grade Metz firefighting box body originally off a Mercedes Unimog. Box and mounting system only; truck is NOT included.
This is a high-quality, German-built VLF unit that is rare in the US. It is a great foundation for an off-road expedition machine, custom camper conversion, or a dedicated off-grid fire protection rig. Whatever you want to use it for, it is built to handle it.

* Original 3-Point Mounting System: Includes the factory articulating subframe, allowing for full off-road torsional flex without damaging the body. This is a "bolt-on" ready solution for another Unimog.
* High-Power Pump: Includes the original 1982 Carl Metz FPH 8-16/8 pump (1600L/min) with original controls and plumbing intact.
* Included Equipment: Comes with original accessories, including a suction strainer, multiple hoses, and Storz-style couplings.
* Storage: Features an integrated full-length roof rack and hose storage tubes on top.
