I build these and am looking for a place to put one for myself and another one to do Airbnb and share income. Anywhere in Lane county. It has a special cassette camping toilet and the shower drains into a greywater bucket to feed the plants. I would need to empty the cassette from the camping toilet in a toilet in the house once a week. If you want to do Airbnb, we can split the income. I would set up all of the computer stuff for you and handle the bookings.
