Up for sale is a genuine, authentic 1930s Art Deco twin horse head executive desk lamp manufactured by the famous Frankart Inc.
• Authenticity: Clearly stamped "FRANKART INC. PAT. APPLD. FOR" on the back edge of the heavy cast metal base.
• Design: Beautifully detailed double horse profiles facing left with a classic stepped base and industrial hood shade.
• Condition Notes (PLEASE READ): The lamp is being sold strictly AS-IS for parts, repair, or restoration. The inner white-metal socket arm/support point has broken away from the side of the metal shade hood (see photos). The shade is loose due to this break.
• Wiring: The lamp has an older vintage replacement plug (GEM brown plastic plug) and cord. While the light bulb socket still receives power, it should be rewired for modern safety standards.
• Cosmetics: Shows a wonderful, authentic dark aged patina. No apparent cracks to the main horse head castings or the bottom base.
Perfect restoration project for an Art Deco collector or a valuable source of authentic Frankart replacement parts.
