We are looking for a self storage sales & customer service associate that is people oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position is part time 2 days per week. We do need added coverage for team members for their sick, as needed and scheduled time off.
Position Description:
Key responsibilities include, store operations, customer service, financial management, inventory control, and general office maintenance. Input and extract data from computers and software navigation. Complete reports and record keeping, filing and operation of general office equipment.
Your Responsibilities:
*Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone and e-mail.
*Entice potential new renters in person, over the phone and e-mail to rent with us.
*Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements.
*Maintain the office and rest room to maintain a professional environment.
*Work independently on daily tasks as well as cooperate with team members and supervisors.
*May be required to run errands for the facility for bank, post office and supplies, as needed..
