What You'll Do:
• Build relationships with community organizations, senior centers, healthcare providers, and local businesses.
• Distribute marketing materials and provide information about our services.
• Attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Follow up with referral sources and prospective clients.
• Assist with outreach efforts through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate records of community contacts and activities.
• Represent the company professionally and positively in the community.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and dependable personality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, social services, or community outreach is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to pass any required background screenings according to state regulations for senior care services.
