We are seeking 2 individuals to manage a team of appointment reps for our lead generation company.
No Selling Involved
Duties:
Recruit & Training
Outbound/Inbound calls
Oversee appointment reps to attain and exceed KPI’s
Call appointments to provide information and transfer to our partners
AR Manager:
$800 Weekly Base
Meeting KPI’s will add an additional $700+ per week
3 paid weeks off
$1,500+ per week opportunity
Schedule:
Day Shift - Mon to Fri 9 to 5
Evening Shift - Mon to Fri 2 to 10
Every other Sat 11 to 4
Requirements
- 2 years+ of outbound experience B2C
- 1 year+ experience managing a team or teams
- Must be open and willing to learn
- Be able to work with others
- Have a great work ethic
- Computer with Internet Access and USB Headset
- MUST BE DEPENDABLE
