We are taught that we need to try harder, put in the effort, and do it right. This leaves us on the outside looking in—or in our heads thinking about how we hope it will feel, like imagining one of our top past memories.
This is what I call chasing the dragon. And guess what? When we are chasing, we aren't being, we aren't feeling, we aren't dropped into our bodies and letting go. Every moment we are up in our head hoping for something, thinking about something, is a moment where we aren't in our body, where we aren't open to the next best thing.
The best experiences don't come from chasing an outcome. They come from doing less, breathing deep, and letting go of control. During my sessions, I help to teach you how to get out of your head and get into your body.
