Part-time sublet opportunity in 78746! We're located off of 360 a little west of Walsh Tarlton, with plenty of free parking, and Rudy's BBQ right next door. Our building backs up to a beautiful greenbelt, and the available 2nd-floor office is approx. 150 sq ft with floor-to-ceiling windows facing a canopy of trees. Waiting room, full kitchen, wi-fi, printer, filtered water, air purifiers, and some storage space are included, and clients have access to both stairs and an elevator, with an accessible ramp up to the outdoor entrance. We're a professional group of therapists and wellness professionals (all independent self-employed), and we try to be intentional about building and maintaining a sense of community. The space is quiet and peaceful, and our landlord is great - very responsive. The office for rent is currently available all day Thursdays and Fridays, and a half-day Wednesdays (after 3pm), for $170 per day, per month (i.e., if you rent both Thursdays and Fridays, you'll pay $340 per month total, including utilities).
