This dog is high maintenance due to a bite history so I am looking for one dependable strong walker who will commit to always keeping the muzzle on. (The dog can drink and eat treats through the muzzle.) I will meet with you first and also walk Pepper with you until he gets used to you. He is a sweet dog with people he trusts.
