Factory dated 1984 (underside code 80-056-2-84). Likely Pennsylvania House — that number format matches how they marked 1980s pieces. No paper brand label found.
Top is sound with cloudy finish in areas and normal use wear. Good candidate for simple refinish; totally usable as-is.
