Seeking trailer maintenance advice (willing to pay) (Austin)

●If needing to replace coupler, lever assembly & which safety chains/length is needed with a good lock.
●I use this trailer for my junk removal business and last week my trailer..kinda popped off/out of its ball. Was loading a bunch of scrap metal. And when I had some more to load in it, I noticed it wasn't connected anymore. The safety chain lock and chains were still good, but it wasn't connected to my truck. I'm not sure what happened, but since then, i've noticed that I need to upgrade my safety chanes with a strong lock. And now I have questions about the other parts to it... It's a little embarrassing to ask for help.But I need good advice because I googled and googled ai picture but I would like human help too, so it would make me more comfortable when I spend the money on this.If anyone has any knowledge of this, please let me know.Thank you.
