Need experienced handyman type individual for future work. Not a company. You would need to speak and understand English. I am a general contractor and owner of residential properties in North Austin. Must have reliable transportation. This is a part time as-needed task. This is not a full time job or full time contract work. I will have additional work in the future as I am looking for a go-to person to assist me with other project at several other residential properties. Prefer someone living in North Austin as all the rental properties are there and some work may be partial day. I have supplies and some tools for this project.
Here are some of the tasks currently:
At a Harris Ridge Northeast Austin property:
Sheet rock partial ceiling and partial walls
Some PVC AC drain pipe cleaning and connection rework
Repair patio roof - see photo - using heavy hammer and boards (I have) to reshape aluminum slats
Replace bad valve under kitchen sink - in order to connect dishwasher
Replace dishwasher - remove old one and install newer one by connecting hoses and electrical
If needed: Clean kitchen, vacuum some carpet, clean downstairs bathroom sink and toilet
Install anti-tip bracket under stove-I have heavy duty Milwaukee 1/2 hammer drill

$22 per hour if you have you own tools. $20 per hour if you use my tools (except for tools mentioned above) You may quote less per hour if you want to be competitive.
