I am a 25-year-old man looking to rent out the other room in my Condo. The Condo is located just north of UT Austin's campus. Rent is $900 a month. Parking at the Condo and Utilities are included in the rent cost. The condo is on the second floor and sadly, I cannot allow pets. Please reach out to me at the listed email if you are interested in a rental application and seeing the place in person. Thanks.
