We’re looking to find a female housemate for the room that is available in the 3/2 house we’re renting. The current lease term (8/1/26-7/31/27) and the room is currently available!
The Room:
Front room: Can be partially furnished (desk, bookshelf/storage, small monitor/tv), ample closet space, and has shared bathroom with myself. Excellent natural light. Rent is $ 800 plus utilities.
The House:
-Utilities (central a/c electric, gas, internet) average to about $100/month when divided between the tenants
-No pets, sorry :( Two sweet cats live here already
-Common areas are already furnished
-Open kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher
-Huge backyard with a deck and fire pit
-Garage for storage
-Situated perfectly in central east Austin, easily accessible from I35 and Airport Blvd, walking distances from the football and baseball stadiums, and very close to downtown/Red River District/E 6th.
The Current Housemates:
