Pinky’s Smash & Sip is a new fast-casual restaurant serving smash burgers, fries, and specialty drinks. We’re looking for reliable, friendly people to join our small team.
Pay: Starting $16–$18/hr + tips, based on experience and availability
Schedule: Full-time and part-time available
Hours: Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
Location: South Austin – Brodie Ln
What you’ll do:
Cook and assemble smash burgers and fries
Prep ingredients and restock stations
Make specialty drinks
Take orders and help customers
Wash dishes and help with general cleaning
Keep kitchen and front counter areas clean and organized
We cross-train our crew, so team members may work both kitchen and front counter/drink stations.
Restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We’re looking for people who are dependable, on time, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a small team.
Basic English communication is required. Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome.
