I own this house but I currently rent the rooms out while I’m living out of state. It’s a 4 bedroom house with three bathrooms.
The room for rent is an average sized room, it used to be my office. I painted it pink. I’d prefer someone to keep it pink but if the right person really hates the pink, I’ll let the pink go. I care more about your happiness than how much I loved the color. The room is close to the bathroom. The bathroom is shared with only one other person who lives in the garage room. His name is Ross; he’s who you’d be meeting with since I’m currently away.
I’m looking for someone who can communicate well since there are 3 other people in the house. Someone who works nights would be a preferred candidate.
Rent is $700 but deposit is $600. Deposit is refundable as long as you leave the place in good condition.
