Capital Trimlight Austin is hiring 2–3 part-time neighborhood appointment setters.

We install permanent exterior lighting on homes throughout the Austin area. The lights are nearly invisible during the day and can be used year-round for holidays, security, accent lighting, game days and special occasions.

Your job is NOT to measure houses, prepare estimates or close sales. Your job is simply to speak with homeowners, introduce the product and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

COMPENSATION

• $50 for every qualified appointment that is completed
• Additional $200 when your appointment results in an installed sale
• Paid weekly
• Monthly production bonuses available
• No cap on earnings

Example: Five completed appointments and one resulting sale would pay $450. Ten completed appointments and two resulting sales would pay $900.

These are examples—not guaranteed earnings. Your income will depend on your activity and results.

SCHEDULE

This is an ideal part-time position for a college student, someone with another daytime job or anyone looking to earn additional income in the evenings.

Typical working hours:

• Weekdays approximately 3:00–8:00 p.m (flexible)
• Saturdays available
• Approximately 15–25 hours per week
• Some flexibility in selecting workdays

• Assigned neighborhoods and target areas

• Ongoing coaching and support
• Opportunity to advance into a full sales/closing position

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Comfortable starting conversations with homeowners
• Friendly, confident and professional
• Dependable and willing to work consistently
• Able to walk residential neighborhoods for several hours
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with dependable service
• Available during afternoon, evening and/or Saturday hours

Previous door-to-door, canvassing, retail, restaurant, fundraising or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. We can train the right person, but you must be willing to approach people and start conversations.
