PAID: Looking for lighting tech/Gaffer needed for food content shoot

We'll be capturing a mix of vertical video + still photography, primarily product focused social content. I'm looking for someone who can fully own the lighting setup and adjustments throughout the day so I can stay focused on directing and shooting.
Shoot date: Tuesday 9/15
Aprox hours: 7:30am-1pm
Location: Austin, TX (Round Rock)
Paid: Please send your rate for a roughly 6 hr shoot!
I have my own lighting/grip gear including am Aputure 300D II, Cstands, reflector, c stand arms and wheels, a octobox, softboxes and a godox off camera pro flash. Would love someone who can review the gear list ahead of time and flag any additional rentals we may need.
Ideal person has experience with:
Lighting for both video and still photography
Food/Product/tabletop work
Continuous lighting setups
Grip, diffusion, negative fill, bounce, and quick lighting adjustments
Working efficiently on small social and bigger productions
