Cookie Bagging and Packaging Specialist is responsible for sorting, counting, and sealing cookies into bags, boxes, or containers while maintaining strict food safety standards.
Core Responsibilities:
Product Inspection: Check cookies for quality, and match with order.
Sorting & Counting: Group cookies according to packaging requirements
Sealing & Labeling: Operate manual heat sealers, apply nutritional and expiration labels as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods (typically 8–10 hours) and perform repetitive hand movements.
Lifting Ability: Capacity to lift and move boxes or trays weighing anywhere from 5 to 50 pounds.
Attention to Detail: Quick eye for spotting defective products and reading fine print on orders.
Basic Math: Ability to count accurately.
Speed and Dexterity: High hand-eye coordination to keep up with a fast-moving pace or production quotas.
