These antiques are like new, and in excellent condition. Single owner with no children. Furniture labels are dated 1929 meaning this furniture is 95 years old. The brand is Blowing Rock out of the Carolinas.
This has been in my home for many years and never subjected to storage conditions.
Table comes with 3 leaves for expansion and seating 8+. The leaves are in the original 1929 box.
As shown, there is a single leaf installed. Furniture still has orginal tags.
China Cabinet has gold inlay glass.
Solid wood, manufactured in North Carolina and belonged my neighbor who purchased this new.
This is in "new" condition.
I've scouted similar sets that can sell for $15,000 depending upon location and seller.
