Have a Master Specialization at University of Pennsylvania and a Construction Certification at University of Maryland.... Worked in construction to get through said Specialization, learned a lot! We have ways to build investment properties which bring in $5K to $20K or more a month. We have two project managers and general contractors with Arizona Licensing.

Are you looking to Invest Money into property, but do not have the time and/or know how to start an Investment Property establishment. We are on location in Austin, Texas and Phoenix, Arizona. We are starting to help people put together homes for $200K to $400K depending on your location and build size. Also, looking to start up an Investment Property for Investors who would like residual incomes on rental properties, vacation properties and/or BnB's.
My consultation is cheap, but I do not meet unless you are serious, and you must Venmo about $400.00 ahead, as through trusting some people only prove their intention is not the same as mine, and wasting my time and yours is not what I intend to do. Said monies is also applied to any work done on helping you with your new property after we have a price and retention for construction.

Will meet in person, but you must pay consultation fee, as too many people have wanted our answers for free, and we worked too tough to get these answers. Pretty nice to have a crew and licensed professionals as well though.
Oh yeah, one last thing, we do Casita's for $45K to $50K.
We have a licensed individuals for each part, and Managers to watch over work site. Basically, we have a crew who does a build. We are willing to do price comparison with offers you have, if you feel they are too high, and we will check to match or bring it down.
