We are looking for a Logistics Support Technician to assist with company asset management on a part-time basis (1-2 hours a day). In this role, you will receive company assets(ex: laptop, mobile, gift, etc) shipped via UPS and FedEx, including those requiring a signature.
Responsibilities:
- Receive assets at your location and ensure they are powered on and functioning properly.
- Provide real time support for troubleshooting and setup as needed.
- Package and ship laptops to designated destinations for our developers after support is completed.
- Maintain clear communication with our team regarding the status of received and shipped laptops.
Requirements:
- Availability to receive packages during business hours.
- Experience with laptop troubleshooting and support is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and communication tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to sign for packages upon delivery.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay based on experience.
- $150 per laptop for managing and shipping.
