🔹 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Conducting vehicle patrols at assigned properties
• Performing routine property checks
• Responding to calls for service
• Monitoring for suspicious activity and safety concerns
• Enforcing property rules and regulations
• Completing detailed patrol and incident reports
• Maintaining a professional and highly visible security presence
• Communicating with dispatch and supervisors throughout the shift
🔹 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✅ Clean background
✅ Clean driving record – REQUIRED
✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Dependable transportation to and from work
✅ Professional appearance and attitude
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Comfortable working independently
✅ Dependable and punctual
✅ Security experience preferred
✅ Texas Security License
