Nice, heavy-rated (300 lbs) inversion table. It works great and is very stable.
It also has a safety strap that lets you limit the amount of recline and will stop at that point when you invert yourself.
Very stable. I’m a bigger guy (250 lbs) and no issues at all, very stable.
