About This Role
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function for Sutton Pierce, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, employee engagement, and policy and employment law compliance.
Serves as a strategic business partner to the Operational Manager and Sutton Pierce's leadership team to support a service-oriented culture, operational excellence, employee retention, and consistent administration of company policies and applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Executive committee member representing HR strategy and compliance.
Duties:
Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation etc.)
Develop plans for organizational growth structure
Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies
Act as point of contact and coordinate all disciplinary and grievance queries.
Lead negotiations with relevant HR consultancy agencies such as benefits and insurance companies
Ensure all procedures comply with regulations and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in recruiting, coordination, or team management
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfort leading meetings and providing feedback
Ability to analyze outreach efforts and identify trends
Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver
Knowledge of Google Workspace
Advanced spreadsheet or tracking-tool skills
Experience developing and improving outreach strategies

Texas, Wisconsin, or Illinois
Pay: $65-70k, plus potential commission
Schedule:
10AM to 7PM CST
