97” wide with a deep seat, channel-tufted upholstery and a finished back. It’s a large, comfortable couch that’s been used daily but well taken care of.
Just professionally upholstery cleaned and ready for a new home.
Overall in very good used condition. The fabric naturally changes shade depending on lighting and the direction of the pile. There is some normal color variation along the seat/front curve below the seating area, a small area of wear on the left side of the seat, and a darker mark along the lower back of the couch, shown clearly in the photos.
The upholstery is still soft and I’d rate the overall condition around 8/10. The couch is structurally solid with no tears, rips or holes. It’s not like new, but it’s been well kept. I’m upfront about the condition so there are no surprises at pickup.
