Primeweek is recruiting dependable, safety-focused CDL-A team drivers for over-the-road dry van operations. If you and your driving partner are ready for nationwide routes, well-equipped trucks, and strong earning potential, we want to hear from you.
Pay & Earning Potential
- Up to $9,000 per week per team
- Up to $4,500 per driver per week
- The advertised maximum includes applicable bonuses and incentives.
- Actual earnings vary based on miles, loads, performance, and eligibility for bonuses and incentives.
Please note: The $9,000 is the combined weekly earning potential for both drivers, including bonuses and incentives—not $9,000 per driver. Maximum earnings are not guaranteed.
Routes & Home Time
- Over-the-road routes across 48 states
- Dry van freight
- Four weeks on the road, followed by one week at home
- Dispatch and operational support
Trucks & Equipment
Depending on availability, drivers may operate 2023 or 2027 Freightliner trucks equipped with features that support comfort on long-distance routes, including:
- Sleeper cab
- Auxiliary Power Unit (APU)
- Refrigerator and microwave
- Power inverter
- Modern safety features
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL for each driver
- Both drivers must meet applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Safe driving records
- OTR experience in accordance with company hiring requirements
- Ability to work effectively with a team partner
- Willingness to follow the four-weeks-out, one-week-home schedule
