WeDeepen is hiring an Executive Assistant to be the right hand to our founder, Christina Weber.
WeDeepen is an Austin-based relationship wellness company. Since 2019, we've helped high-performing people build healthy, meaningful relationships through immersive experiences, expert coaching, and a thriving membership community.
THE ROLE
- $23/hour, approximately 20 hours per week
- Flexible and on call, plus some evening community sessions and occasional weekend events
- Austin-based (in person required)
- Start immediately, with room to grow into more responsibility, higher pay, and a retainer or full-time role
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Supporting Christina day to day is the heart of this role: managing her calendar and inbox, scheduling meetings, prepping her for calls, tracking follow-ups and action items, coordinating with partners, faculty, and vendors, organizing documents and projects, and helping with travel and errands.
You'll also keep the business moving by organizing projects and deadlines, improving processes, and building simple systems and AI workflows.
As you grow into the role, you'll take on more, including supporting our Love Club member community and helping with events. We value a "no task is beneath me" mentality.

NICE TO HAVE
Experience as an executive or administrative assistant, in operations, project management, or at a fast-paced startup. Comfort with Google Workspace, Zoom, Circle, WhatsApp, Claude, or Canva.
