Ultimate Event Team is looking for ONE more Contract Event Coordinator in Austin to join our event team.
We produce fun, pop-up style events at apartment communities and other venues throughout the Austin area. Our coordinators are trusted to represent our company professionally and confidently while making sure each event runs smoothly from setup through cleanup.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for independently executing assigned events, which may include:
+ Picking up event supplies/materials
+ Arriving on time and prepared
+ Setting up the event
+ Hosting and interacting with guests
+ Managing food, beverages, activities and/or event elements
+ Taking event photos
+ Breaking down and cleaning up
+ Returning event supplies as needed
This is NOT a traditional 9–5 position. Events are offered based on availability, and you have the flexibility to accept events that work with your schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE:
+ Your own reliable transportation
+ A positive, outgoing and professional attitude
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills
+ Excellent communication
+ The ability to work independently without constant supervision
+ The ability to follow detailed event instructions
+ A willingness to drive throughout the Austin area
**Important: Our events take place all around Austin. If a 30-minute drive feels “too far,” this probably isn't the position for you.**
