I am seeking skilled, detail-oriented Painter Tradesman(s) for a residential project. I am looking for one to three tradesmen who have experience, works clean, and executes high-end finishing with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Precise Cutting-In: Flawless hand-brushing along residential ceilings, trim, baseboards, and door frames with sharp, clean lines.
- Roller Application: Smooth, uniform wall and ceiling coverage without lap marks, drips, or splatters on finished surfaces.
- Prep & Caulking: Clean caulk lines along baseboards, casing, and crown molding, alongside standard surface patching, sanding, and masking.
Jobsite Care: Protecting floors with drop cloths and maintaining a neat, professional workspace in occupied or active residential properties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential interior/exterior painting.
- Must possess your own basic hand tools (quality brushes, cut buckets, caulk gun, prep knives).
- Reliable transportation and punctual communication.
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to leaving clean work areas.
