About the Opportunity
You’ll be supporting a corporate meal platform that combines food service with social impact.
Before your first shift, you will complete a phone interview with a Recruiter. Candidates who pass the phone screen will be invited to a 2-week training process at various sites around the city, where you will shadow a team member and learn company procedures.
Responsibilities
* Receive and organize restaurant deliveries
* Verify order counts and report discrepancies
* Set up clean and organized food stations
* Alphabetize and stage individual meal orders for pickup
* Update delivery statuses using Sharebite technology
* Take proof-of-delivery photos
* Help employees locate their meal orders
* Communicate with restaurant partners, drivers, and the Operations team
* Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming pickup area
* Follow all client-specific SOPs and operating procedures
* Complete required shift documentation and reporting
