HOW IT WORKS: ALL THE WAYS WE PAY YOU!
We pay you for Home Time! ALL home time includes a SATURDAY & SUNDAY!
3 Weeks Out, 3 Days Home (1 day paid $310) ; 4 Weeks Out, 4 Days Home (2 days paid $620); 5 Weeks Out, 5 Days Home (3 days paid $930) Home time paid at $310/day! Plus if you chose to stay out past 5 weeks you get an extra $250 for every extra week and your 3 days paid home time!
$.64cpm and $75/tarp pay; Flatbed Drivers can average $1,920 a week at 3,000 miles a week!
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus paid after 30 days, ALL IN ONE PAYMENT!
If a driver is delayed due to Detention Time, Breakdowns or Weather Delays we give you MILEAGE CREDITS! 4-6 hour delay an extra 250 miles added to your check ($160)! More than 6 hrs, 500 miles added to your check! ($320!)
Late Model Trucks: Expertly maintained! Kenworth, Freightliner, International trucks. All automatic. Governed at 73 on cruise control. Sleepers. Some are APU some are auto start/stop. They have inverters, fridges, microwaves, a spot for a tv but no provided tv. NO INWARD FACING CAMERAS.
No forced dispatch. If a driver says something is unsafe, that is that. Our DMs work with drivers on their specific goals, but our minimum requirement each day is 500 miles, or 2500 for the week. Safety is our #1 priority! You will never be asked to drive illegally or in unsafe conditions.
Orientation is in Phoenix, AZ. Plane ticket is provided and private room. Travel on Monday and Orientation is Tues-Thursday paid at $250/day! Hit the road on Friday! Driver is routed home after 2 weeks to pick up any items they could not bring on the plane to orientation.
Drivers must have 1 year of verifiable OTR tractor trailer experience and 1 yr of flatbed tractor trailer experience in the last 3 years plus a good driving record.
