Bigger bedroom open we have maids clean common areas every 2 weeks or so like kitchen, living room, bathrooms, like that. flexible month to month lease but folks tend to stay several years, well managed place, I get texts from roomies and old roomies about being a great landlord, even after they move out of state or whatnot and several have ended up moving back in years after moving out.

- House is newer and has very fast wifi both up and down, which is great for gamers.
- Responsible group of people, chill roomies.

The roomies enjoy relaxing on the backyard patio after they come home and there's nice park nearby to go on walks, and another one of the parks nearby is in the middle of getting an upgrade too so that'll be cool when it's finished.
