This cozy, furnished cottage is well suited for a tenant with modest personal belonging. It is located in the a quiet, established neighborhood in the heart of south central Austin, located between S. Congress, S. 1st, and Oltorf. Big HEB Grocery store around the corner, downtown just minutes away.
**Positively can not be the party/hangout place by any stretch. Ideal for a Mature, Stable person who keeps to themselves.**
Again, strictly furnished. No additional storage beyond what you can comfortably fit inside, no exceptions. If you come with a bed and furniture, large belonging, this is not the place for you. If it's you and a few suitcases, your laptop, your backpack and your books you'll be A-Ok.
Twin bed, kitchenette (induction cooktop, microwave, mini fridge, pots/pan, plates/bowls utensils, sink - no stove top or oven, small/full bath (shower), Wi-Fi, TV, AC/heat, washer and dryer, All Bills Paid, 30 day minimum (not short term rental). Plenty of Street parking.
Month to month in the beginning, then 3 or 6 month lease later on, depending on how it goes.
I am not in a hurry to rent the cottage - my focus is finding the most suitable tenant.
